Power And Performance
Telehandler engines and powershift transmissions deliver the horsepower, speed and control you need for optimum performance. You can lift and place heavy loads with confidence.
Maintou MLT960 telehandler is equipped with a 141 horse power John Deere 4×4.5l cylinder engine that meets the Interim Tier4/Stage IIIB guide lines. This engine has an EGR valve (Exhaust Gas Recycling) with a Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) to minimize the impact on the environment. With this power, the machine can reach 40kph all whilst minimising fuel consumption.
JLG® telehandlers feature Tier 4i engines, which not only provide a higher level of fuel efficiency, but also reduce the impact on the environment.
Telehandlers let you conquer the job site and work around obstacles, thanks to the three distinct steering modes that allow you to maneuver crowded areas. Making it easy to maneuver on congested jobsites without compromising your reach and lifting capabilities.
Three selectable steering modes (crab, front wheel and All-wheel steer) and superior ground clearance also expand your options to position yourself exactly where you need to be.
Front wheel steer when driving on the road
All-wheel steer to help reduce the turning radius in confined areas
Crab steer for sideways movement and precise positioning before lifting.
The side mounted engine is positioned for very easy access for maintenance and repair activities.
Common service points and components are positioned for easier access. That means less time spent on maintenance and more time at work on the job.
